Residence permit in Montenegro for any property

   On November 3, 2015, comes into force a law under which all foreign owners of property in Montenegro may obtain a residence permit for 1 year, regardless of the cost.
   On a residence permit can apply for the owners of houses, summer houses, apartments, commercial buildings and hotels.
   To qualify you must:
- Application to the MUP (Ministry of Internal Affairs), signed by the person
- "White board" - registration in the Tourist Organization of Montenegro, within 24 hours of arrival in the country
- International health insurance for a period of 40 days
- Confirmation from the personal bank account of a minimum of 3,650 euros for each family member (the rate of 10 euros per day), or a statement from a person who will provide the content for an annual period, notarized
- A valid passport
